I built Better Together because I believe you can have both.
I've been in real estate long enough to watch talented agents build businesses that took everything from them. Evenings gone. Vacations interrupted. Family waiting. And somewhere along the way, they started to believe that was just what success cost.
I decided it didn't have to. I planned my year around my life first, built systems so my business could run without me constantly present, and started treating commissions as income instead of my only wealth plan.
